Coasteering is fast becoming one of the most popular water-based activities in the Arrabiada Natural Park, and why wouldn't it, the spot has everything to become one of the most awesome coasteering spots!
Then, participants will be introduced to the sports of rock climbing and rappelling. The activity will consist of warm-up, roped climbing and moving over rock efficiently.

All participants must have basic swimming skills.
