Activity providers were very professional, however - guides were little bit surprised that we weren't speaking Spanish (English only). So it made some things little bit more challanging, but they were doing everything they could so we would understand everything.
Die Guides waren sehr professionell und hilfsbereit. Bei Nervosität gingen sie sehr empathisch auf einen ein und wirkten sehr beruhigend!
Die zwei Begleiter haben uns super betreut, waren sehr kompetent, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Super!!!
