The bus was precicely at The central pickup location and an absolutely astonishing beautiful full landscape on the way. It is a “must “to go this far from Tromsø! good people with their dogs. They were kept nicely and were in top condition- clean and nice place.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and seemingly enjoy what they are doing, even though it is not always easy. What is worth mentioning is the safe and comfortable bus ride that is included from and to Tromsø.
Tolle eineinhalb Stunden Fahrt mit einem Hundeschlitten zu je zwei Personen, die sich abwechseln können.

Ophalen is niet voor het hotel zelf zoals ze omschrijven maar op de naastgelegen parkeerplaats voor de bussen. Dit was heel onduidelijk. Stond niks op de bus zelf waardoor je zag dat je in die bus moest zijn. We hebben best lang moeten zoeken.
Les mushers sont top .Le petit repas ( soupe et boisson chaude ) excellents! L'accueil est chaleureux avec les 2 filles notamment !

Organisation au top malgré un petit souci mécanique sur le bus lors du trajet allé. L’équipe est passionnée et ils partagent leurs connaissances.
Peu de relations avec les organisateurs sur place: ils nous equipent puis pas de relationnel , ils enchainent les activités touristes après touristes! Tres deçue car on a tourné en rond autour de la cabane de l'organisateur pendant 20/30min pris un fond de bol de soupe dans une tente puis on a repris les motoneige pour faire 30min autour du spot, soit 3,93km !!!!

The instructor was great and welcoming. The instructions were clear but concise so didn’t take too long. The warm clothes, boots and gloves that we were given were great, they had a good range of sizes and were effective at keeping us warm.
Parfaite organisation : accueil cordial, bons conseils, prêt de matériel de protection (venez quand même équipés il fait très froid), collatition frugale mais plutôt bonne
Was a nice visit, everything was well planned The only issue was our return to Tromso because the bus stopped half an our in a parking lot waiting for another group to arrive
