Franck, 1st degree Federal Instructor Trainer (MEF1), as well as AIDA, SSI and Moving limit Instructor, is waiting for you in Landéda, less than 40 minutes drive from Brest, to introduce you to freediving in the largest seaweed field in Europe. Passionate about freediving and photography, Franck's aim is to pass on his passion to you, while introducing you to freediving in a fun way, in the heart of Aber Wrac'h! Into the Blue freediving offers both introductory sessions focusing on exploration and more advanced lessons to help you perfect your freediving skills so that everyone can enjoy the sport to the full!
