We are a professional, local Abisko snowmobile tour operator. Our focus is to get our guests to travel beyond the infrastructure of roads and buildings and experience the vast nature that is Abisko. We will assist our guests to pilot their snowmobiles to stunning views, dancing auroras, wildlife, and a unique perspective of the area. We are also solvers of all things logistics with snowmobiles around Abisko and the world-famous Kungsleden.
Åsa Säfström is the owner and brains behind all that is Outback Abisko. Guide since early 2000. Ante Eriksson, husband of Åsa. Born in Abisko, knows where to go and how. Johanna Dahlqvist, our first guide and caretaker of the team, makes sure that all of our guests go home with good memories and stories to tell. Manuel Alich, our overly positive and energy-packed German, he makes a blizzard something to enjoy. Martyna Urbanczyk is our Polish super guide, she alternates between snowmobile guiding for us and as polar expedition coordinator at Svalbard.

Outback Abisko made the whole process from booking to pickup and drop off at the end smooth and easy.
Our guide was great, they took time to make sure everyone was properly equipped and understood how to operate the snowmobiles. Everyone in our group was a beginner, but we had no difficulties managing the vehicles. Our guide kept a close eye to make sure everyone was following at all times, and that the pace was appropriate to the group's size and skill level.

We coupd meet all of the instructures. They were all pretty friendly and cool. Told us much about the landscape and where to go in the summertime.
